“Thommis Teatime” is a blend of literature, entertainment, music, and a tea-themed quiz.

Thommi Baake tells fictional, humorous stories about how tea came into the world: the Queen recalling her teenage rebellion with tea bags, a tragic tale of a thermos flask that never contained tea, fake celebrities sharing their own tea stories – and much more.

Actor, comedian, author, and tea sommelier Thommi Baake does not simply tell these stories – he stages them. He combines storytelling with a tea quiz and performs forgotten tea songs.

The result is an entertaining, sometimes reflective and gently romantic tea afternoon or evening.
